Ok. First of all Dortmund did not pay his wages during the time, they only have to pay the wages 6 weeks into the injury. After that it is his insurance. Secondly he had to completely stop working out. Do you know about his injury? He couldn't do shit, it was that bad. He had signs of paralysis ffs. And you don't have to eat junk all day to look like this as a footballer. It's their metabolism. Stop training and you will be fat real quick. Start training and you will be slim in a minute. It's that simple. I have seen many many footballers become fat during their injuries. Or in off season for that matter. Götze for example too.
