considering we would get a similar answer for Anderson from Lotito, the only other options left are Lavezzi and Lamela probably (not counting Vazquez and Saponara ). if no new names pop up, i can see Beppe going for Lavezzi or try the Llorente Lamela swap again

Juventus is the most recent club to make an inquiry for the center back after Barzagli's recent injury: Allegri knows him well and is sponsoring him, but directors Paratici and Marotta are reflecting. Friday there will be another meeting to discuss the signing. There is also Roma in the picture, they could bring back Astori should Romagnoli be sold.

Nevermind Astori, but we wouldn't do too bad to add a backup CB for cheap. We basically have the same number of centerbacks as last year right now, and back than we often had some problems with the depth in that position considering Barzagli's injury troubles.

No need to spend anything substantially though by any means.

Astori makes sense considering we sold off roflbonna and wallzagli is consistantly injured, and we only have 1 replacement (rugani).
