Draxler, Pogba, Morata, Dybala and maybe even Rugani. I don't like how young they all are. I'd have felt much more confident had Tevez stayed. I like youngsters to be introduced to a well oiled fully functioning team that can win with or without the youngster. Its the kind of atmosphere that is safe for players to grow without crazy pressure. I dont like our winning to be almost entirely dependent on youngsters. Its a lot of pressure. Hopefully our defense can stay solid as a rock.

Ideally we would have kept tevez (so had the same attack) and used the Dybala money on Draxler or Gotze.. this way our attack would have been either the same or better than last season. Our midfield would largely be the same and our defense the same. Even the trio of Messi, Neymar and Suarez took time to Gel. We have to be very patient this season.
You're not fair when it comes to Pogba and Morata IMO. They're young but they already carried this team in the past. Sure, Tevez, Pirlo and Vidal did more over the years but Pogba seems like he's been here since forever and won us many games. Morata last season carried us too especially in CL.

As for the rest I agree with you. We couldn't keep Tevez any longer here that's why we bought Dybala so early as we saw him as a perfect replacement. He's not there yet in terms of ability that's for sure but in terms of style and potential buying him made perfect sense. Rugani cost us pretty much nothing and we earned money on Ogbonna's sale. In no time Rugani should do better here than Ogbonna. Even if it didn't happen we still have our BBC so that's not a problem.

My biggest worry is the trequartista. Since our attack changed so much this summer and we put our money on youth, my feeling is that the trequartista should be a more proven name than Draxler, especially with cashing in on Vidal. These past few years our reference point in attack was Tevez and as of right now we have nobody actually. The mentioned AM could be that.

I can see where all the worries come from. In the past years we were mostly winning league thanks to our consistency, with so many youngersters it might hard to do this. Still we have to remember that our strongest formation, defense hasnt changed at all, also midfield imo is not weaker than last year. This is the year when we will rely on Pogba's perfomances, Im expecting him to really up his game and lead us. Some of us really underrate Khedira also. He is one of the best dms in the game.

Tbf if Allegri was going to play Vidal in the cam position this season then Im pretty sure we will be a better team replacing him with some one like Draxler.

Good game or not it was just a friendly match and it means absolutely nothing.

Mkhitaryan would be a good signing imo. Surely not a world beater but he'd most likely explode in Serie A. If Gervinho did it then so can he.

Having said that, no, I don't think our priority should be Mkhitaryan.
Don't know why the "Gervinho destroyed Serie A" myth is still around. The guy had a 6 good months, after that he was average or worse. Advocating a signing by quoting Gervinho's "success" doesn't make much sense.

There is a big difference between young and inexperienced my friend.

Morata, Pogba, and if Draxler comes, are all experienced despite their age. Probably far more experienced domestically and especially in Europe than other players their age.

I expect this team to take a step back in Europe, and by that I mean I think they will make either the round of 16 or the quarter finals, (Still win Serie A, although a little more difficult), but taking one step back to take three steps forward is something that I will accept 10 times out of 10.

I'll take it, if that is what it comes down to.

What type of proven Treq are you speaking of?

If you mean Gotze, he is not that much more proven than Draxler, even though I absolutely adore him. Any other Trequartista's such as a Mata or a Silva, will only be available if there is a domino effect that would start with someone such as a DeBruyne being sold, and with Allegri wanting a Treq in here sooner rather than later, you are potentially talking about leaving it really late in the transfer market.

And then you have the Sneijder's of the world, and I think we are past that stage at this point

dybala is 40 mil and Mandzu is 21mil, those are easily attainable bonuses. And you can bet your house we wont get 10mil for Llorenre and Draxler will likely cost way more than 25mil !!

You ignored the part where i excluded bonuses out of Vidal's sale which is €3m.

Btw i also forgot we got €2.5m from Sorenson's sale.

There's also €2m bonuses related to Ogbonna's sale.So it kinda balances it out.

True. But Rugani was purchased in the winter and Neto was free anyway.

Also,we had a few contract extensions this summer.

Marchisio-~€4m
Bonucci-~€4m
Allegri~€4m

Draxler who will likely be brought in will have a wage close to €4m as well.

So its not exactly true that we have 'freed' up a lot of wages with Pirlo,Tevez and Vidal departures.Infact i can see our wage bill being higher this year.

Potential 2015-16 squad :

GK : Buffon,Neto,Rubinho

DEF : Bonucci,Chiellini,Barzagli,Rugani,Caceres

FB : Lichsteiner,Isla,Evra,Siquiera

MID : Marchisio,Pogba,Asamoah,Khedira,Sturaro,Padoin

AM : Draxler,Pereyra

ATT : Mandzukic,Morata,Zaza,Dybala,Coman

Squad of 25 players.
