Overrated is used like magic word that supposed to say everything about a player (almost every player can claimed to be overrated), like it signals what he brings to the table in overall. His flaws are obvious, but he is still a quality playmaker that's inventive and intuitive, qualities we need in a hardworking midfield without finess and creativity. Would create well for our attack, more then Oscar by far.

2010-11 : 10 Goals and 29 Assists in 54 Apps
2011-12 : 7 Goals and 29 Assists in 52 Apps
2012-13 : 10 Goals and 24 Assist in 52 Apps
So i can't call a player who managed 27 Goals and 81 Assists in 3 seasons at RM as overrated. he was a real leader and number 10 in RM .
His transfer to Arsenal was a mistake but if we sign him It will be suitable for both sides .

Ozil to me is an amazing player.
He was GREAT in Real.
Most assists number for 3 years in Europe in top leagues(more than Messi,Mata,Xavi and Fabregas).
For those 3 seasons,he had amazing numbers there.He was great at Werder as well.
08/09: Werder - 5G,23A in 47 games.
09/10: Werder - 10G,30A(!) in 46 games.
10/11: Real - 10G,29A in 54 games.
11/12: Real - 7G,29A in 52 games.
12/13: Real - 10G,24A in 52 games.
13/14: Arsenal - 7G,14A in 42 games. more than 10 games was injured.
14/15: Arsenal - 5G,9A in 32 games. missed about 18-20 games trough injuries.
With Germany in 44 official tournament games(no friendlies,only Euro and WC qualies and tournaments): 16G,23A.
So,yeah he had not the best time last season,but if he's healthy he's still a great player.on of the best AM's out there imo.

He won't come here,pure fantacalcio i guess and Tuttosport BS,but if it would have happened,it would be amazing.
