Not ideal, but Götze been poor way too often past season still.
Peps fault. No doubt in my mind about that, Gotze has all the skill, all the talent and plenty of potential. But Pep and his whacky hipster systems and ideas take precedent over any one player not named Messi and Gotze has fallen victim to it. Not ever gonna happen, but i'd take him in a heartbeat.

Be honest, I can't believe in Marotta's words, because he confirmed we would loan Cuadrado if Chelsea would allow and GDM reported we offered 17M for Gerson.

Is anyone else a little world about Champion's League play?

With our current roster, winning Serie A won't be a problem and goal-scoring will look how it did in 2011, but CL IDK.
I`m with you on this
We are still the best in serie a HOWEVER I dont think we are a better team than last year... Mandzukic and Dybala came instead of Tevez and Khedira instead of Pirlo
Defence is quite the same
If we play 4-1-2-1-2 then its Marchisio Khedira Pogba Vidal - Morata Dybala Mandzukic isnt being used or if you put him instead of Morata or Dybala you lose one of them...
If we play 4-3-3 which is the only way to make up for it you have Marchisio Pogba Vidal with Dybala and Morata supporting Mandzukic which seems like the better option IMO then again who will be our sub striker?! Dont think we have enough backup to play it
Anyway losing Tevez will be felt and Pirlo`s creativity that will also be missed

Not sure that we have recovered well from losing Tevez

Very good player but we need a better player if we want to improve furthermore
Mkhitaryan is a great player IMO a great dribbler and a speedy player but I think what we need is a genious who can dribble can create situations and can also score
Those are not easy to find but we must look to get it
Oscar is not a master dribbler while he has some nice shooting skills and great vision
Isco would be a very good option IMO but Real will not let him go
We need to find our new Zidane - maybe its not even a famous player.. maybe we need to invent him like we did when getting Zidane from Bordeaux
Ravel Morrison.

There are reports we signed him and sending him to Carpi on loan.
Maybe it will be announced together, like we signed the kid and sent on loan.

Abused to play poorly?
Ok, you need to stop.

Put the kid where he should be, as an AM, and he will be brilliant again.

And I certainly wouldn't complain if one of our midfielders scored 15 goals per year each of the last 2 years.

Without the benefit of taking the penalty kicks.

at the age of 23

And being the hero of the World Cup.

Just saying.

But he's been awful.

I'd feed my mother to the wolves to be that awful the past two seasons.

I believe in his talent, but fanboyism needs to stop, only pampers these players, I watched plenty of Bayern games due to one of my brothers, and Götze plainly sucked in way too many games. To the degree where it cant only be excused by tactics and coaches choices limiting you, some players can rise above that a little and atleast show themselves in small ways despite the hurdles, worse players have. He didnt, he simply got worse and worse in a way that a supposed top player SHOULDNT. Everything thing shouldnt be simplified to exact position, he was playing in attacking roles and areas he should do more in, and failed at, even if the main issue is how Pep uses him and the team in general in certain ways.

Don't you tell me to stop being a fanboy, Osman.

Your anaconda has a long reach, but not long enough to reach the other side of the atlantic.

No one talking about the first season, or the world cup, I'm only talking about what I seen last season. And top attacking player in insanely dominating team domestically is supposed to score a bit, but his actual performances in general play was so bad in some of these games its flattering to call it average, and it cant all be excused to tactical choices. It doesnt limit you to the degree of becoming so poor, more and more he couldnt handle the pressure and simply failed to step up when he was needed to IMO.
