If you don't want to participate at all that is. But Milan does and the period over which only a certain loss can be recorded is 3 years: 13-14, 14-15, 15-16. Two of them have gone and I guess they will have recorded a loss in the previous 2. If Milan wants tot participate next year, they can't do whatever they want if I'm not mistaking.
