Agent: 'Martinez future decided’
By Football Italia staff

Jackson Martinez’s agent says the Milan target’s future is 'pretty much decided’ and he’ll join 'a big European club’.

The Rossoneri are in Portugal to negotiate a deal for the Colombian international, and his representative says a transfer is practically done, though it’s not certain the Diavolo are the club to which he is referring.

“Jackson’s future is already pretty much decided,” Luiz Henrique Pompeo told O Jogo.

“Things should be clarified in the next few days. He’ll go to a big European club, which will be announced as soon as the contract is signed.

“From what’s been agreed, Porto will receive the €35 from the release clause.

“Negotiations have been underway for a few weeks, there are still some details to be sorted out, and then Jackson Martinez’s departure from Porto can become a reality.”

As well as Milan, Arsenal are also thought to be interested in the forward.

Yay or nay?
He's going to Arsenal most probably.

Reports: Milan to pay Martinez clause
By Football Italia staff

Several sources claim Milan are ready to pay Jackson Martinez’s €35m release clause, and a deal could even be completed today.

The Rossoneri’s CEO, Adriano Galliani, is in Portugal today attempting to negotiate a tranfer for the Porto forward.

Sky, Tuttomercatoweb and Gianluca Di Marzio’s website are all reporting that, despite trying to negotiate a discount, the Diavolo have decided to pay the €35 release clause.

It’s thought that the only major sticking point is the method of payment, with Milan requesting to deliver in installments, while Porto are looking for a lump sum.

Martinez’s agent said earlier today that a transfer to a 'big European side’ was very close, and Gianluca Di Marzio reports that a deal could even be completed today.

I'm wondering how they can afford that. You know they will be trying to sign for other positions too.

Their players don't age. That's what the cryogenic chamber is for. they will buy everyone they need this summer and the players will live forever
