Oscar is probably the least creative CAM in all the top teams

Maybe cause he doesn't play as a CAM anymore. Mourinho made him a central mid who more often than not fins himself playing as a volante and Scolari followed, and now he's plays on the flanks for Dunga.

Right now we need someone more offensive minded and aggressive. Firmino is the easy choice here.
