yes, it seems obvious after loaning the LB instead of going for younger and more expensive options that we want to have more money to invest in that AM. from our side, after we sell Llorente finally (i hope), everything is set, and we can go for that AM (Draxler). 2 things im worried about though.
1. Schalke playing hardball - because obviously, they dont have to sell at all costs, Draxler is young they can sell him in one of the next summers. also, cant see him force a transfer if they reject our offer since hes their youth product, plays there his whole life, loves the club etc.
and 2. no alternatives - atleast not good enough to start for us and not right now (might change in the coming days). im not worried about 2. as much as i should be though. a new AM would be excellent, but im confident the team is good enough and competitive as it is now. on the positive side, atleast we would witness a huge meltdown if we dont get no one
