Include me, while he does have the spark of brilliance, thats whats wrong. Too inconsistent. Just keep Pereyra as our trequartista if we gonna spend to get pastore.
There is a big difference between not being convinced by Pastore as a top AM, and prefering to keep playing Pereyra as one instead of getting him (Pereyra is a CM at best and all around ok fill-in anywhere else wether wide or truly AM role). Pastore is too lazy and feeble for me taste (not so dynamic), but he could execute some shit with his eyes closed that Pereyra would fight to accomplish a just a little bit all game long and fail at. If the price is right and we are out of better options, pounce on that shit IMO.

Excuse me! A man whose crosses make Lavezzi score a header is nothing short of a genius

Juventus are looking to sign either Edinson Cavani from PSG or Manchester United’s Juan Mata if Carlos Tevez leaves.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Bianconeri are working out a contingency plan if Tevez decides to terminate his contract by mutual consent a year early to join his beloved Boca Juniors.

The striker has already said he’ll go back to his old club when the contract expires in June 2016 anyway, so forward planning is required.

Cavani is the first pick, as he is eager to leave Paris Saint-Germain following a series of rows with Coach Laurent Blanc.

Atletico Madrid and Manchester United are also among those interested, but Juve hope to rely on his previous experience in Serie A with Palermo and Napoli.

Another option would be to reinforce in a deeper role, in which case Mata leaps to the top of the wish list.

The Spaniard will turn 27 later this month and has been at Manchester United since January 2014, when he completed a transfer for £37m.

Tottenham are also thought to be interested in Mata for £18m, though it’s unlikely the Red Devils would release him for such a big mark-down.

Boca basically said that they are more reasonably expecting Tevez to come in 2016, I don't see why we would agree to a determination, or why Tevez would particularly push for it with only a year left. Maybe if we won the CL this season...

.......

As for Pastore, fantastic talent, although I like my SA players a bit more street.

Big no to RVP.

Am i the only one who isnt convinced by Pastore?

Edit: j0ker too.
I'm not that much convinced but for a reasonable price (15-20m would be it I guess) I'd definitely take him. I don't like the fact he's lazy but what he offers upfront would be very beneficial for us. He's got that killer pass, great vision and can easily get past a defender or two.

If get get Pastore though, God forbid us from playing him and Pirlo at the same time :p
