There's no way we can get Falcao! he earning £149,000-per-week. we cannot afford Falcao's wages end of

@Siamak then how come we pretty close to getting him this summer (him, Marotta and his agent confirmed)? He went to UTd because they offered bigger transfer fee to Monaco.

@1251 Because Utd will return him to Monaco, Monaco won't keep him and he doesn't want to stay, plus the interest dropped in him a bit after this season showing even thou he wasn't giving proper run of games.

I'd rather give Morata the chance than buy Falcao, I was a huge fan of his since watching his Porto EL run where he was just scoring every fucking time he was in the box with the ball. But he's older now, and possibly broken with injuries. We need a young full back or 2, a Playmaker and a Tevez replacement within the next 2 seasons much more than Falcao or any #9 who isn't absolutely World Class.

P.S wages won't be a major issue, Falcao doesn't command those wages after 1 year fucking around in Ligue 1 and 1 Year being the laughing stock of the PL

No team is going to touch him on those wages so he either stays in Monaco whilst they try to have him bumped off to save paying those ridiculous wages, or he lowers his expectations.

Agreed. I hope we don't go for Falcao. Cavani is not realistic, the guy can and will command huge salaries.

Now, to be honest I'm not totally sold on Dybala... 30M for this guy is too much. But we don't have talent at that position hanging around everyday waiting for Juve like he is.

The mercato I believe will happen:

Premises:

- Pogba stays
- Tevez stays
- around 30M to spend in the squad + 5/7M for youngsters
- Pereyra for 14M will be included in 15/16 mercato
- Rugani being brought, no more investment on a CB
- They are probably satisfied with the full backs, specially at LB, given Evra's improvement and Asamoah will be considered a full time LB. So no fullbacks will come.

IN
Neto (free)
Rugani (loan back)
Vasquez (14M)
Dybala (25M + youngsters)
Zaza (exchange for Berardi's half)

OUT
Neto (loan)
Ogbonna 8M
Isla (loan) 1.5M
Romulo (end of loan)
Marrone (loan)
Pepe (free)
Llorente (12M)
Coman (loan)

TOTAL net expenditure: around 20M

Starting team: the same as this year's (Asamoah as the starting LB)

Bench: Storari, Caceres, Barzagli, Rugani, Evra, Padoin, Sturaro, Pereyra, Vasquez, Dybala, Zaza.

I think they could still sign someone for 12M, have no idea who. Don't think they want to upgrade the fullback position.

morata stays in juve for next season.we have Llorente+morata+tevez and we will probably sign with zaza or dybala.Looks like we will be looking for a big time striker in one of the next several transfer windows but we dont sign with falcao.

Llorente will leave, I'm sure we won't bring Zaza this summer. Tevez also might leave this summer or probably the next, even if he extends that leaves us with Tevez, Morata, and maybe Zaza that's not good enough.

We will never exchange Berardi for Zaza...seriously.
Also, Vazquez? oh my god...
I could bet that's what Marotta will do. They see Zaza as a ready and mature player, Marotta even assumed he tried to bring him in January. He's definitely coming and his price is fixed at 15M.

On the other hand Marotta has never really praised Berardi like he praised Zaza. Put in the fact he doesn't really fit in Allegri's 4312, that he's 2 or 3 years younger than Zaza, that he's clearly unstable and that he's been sent off too much.. I don't think he's coming this year. They have to solve the co-own, so they'll probably let Sassuolo get their half and set a buyback clause, like with Zaza.

So yes, Berardi will be exchanged for Zaza.

Vasquez I don't know... just a guess. I definitely wouldn't bring him.

We definitely should be investing well this summer.

One fullback( Darmian preferably as he can play both sides) and some flair and fancy should be on the top of our menu.
