There are many interesting poll ideas and I don't really know how difficult is the poll opening ,but atleast consider our suggestions.

A minor suggestion:

Instead of having these cheesy phrases for rep "XYZ is a name known to all", "XYZ is a beacon of light" ...etc. change it to something related to football. Unless you guys already decided to get rid of Rep.

I wouldn't mind prohibiting the use of animated avatars. Make GIF files unusable or something similar, since seeing a cat head, female chest or anything else constantly moving up and down is really distracting. It also makes the forums look untidy.

I don wanna be picky, but I'm not feeling the new line under the title. Either the line should be made smaller and/or the title should have a bigger font and bolden a little bit.
