Here's a suggestion: Nationality flags in the postbit. People will respond to them even if they refuse to put a location down.

another suggestion:

I think it would look better if the members had blue balls and the moderators had red balls or something. Or something like that, b/c these grey balls don't match the background and they seem faded.

Suggested and implented: Changed "New Posts" in the navbar to "Daily Posts". You'll still have the "New Posts" feature in the welcome panel below "Welcome, username".

I have a suggestion.. I've seen this implemented in many forums, and it always ameliorated forum atmosphere.. What about a birthday hack? It will be shown on the front page of the forums whose birthdays are coming up.. :undecide:
