Why would you get Pavlyuchenko?
Because he's a great goal scoaring machine in the box whether its headers or usual end-the-attack goals , and is deadly outside the box too. While what's even more appealing is his price as we can get this guy for 9-12m.
If Pav played more like a number 9 instead of a number 10, he would be better than average if not great IMO

Pazzini, Cavani and Rossi are the only players on that list we have a realistic chance of signing. Of those 3, I prefer Rossi, but we would probably pay over the odds for him because he is Italian.

Pazzini is too bad, not to be the one we will finally choose!
Hulk; not green enough!
Cavani, c mon seriously now!
G. Rossi; better than Cassano for sure but is he the finisher we really need?
Suarez: kind of unrealistic but after watching the huge impact his absence had, he stole my vote!
L. Fabiano He is the finisher we need!
Dzeko So unrealistic, that i dont even want to think about it, besides he said he prefers Milan, didnt he?
Adriano: Who put him into this list?? Good call for not dragging Cassano into this!

Juve could ask for a discount due to his American roots.

It all depends WHO leaves...We have a variety of strikers presently, without counting Giovinco and Immobile, all of whom have different characteristics, and not all of whom have been succesful at Juve. For instance, despite Amauri's recent new dawn of form, I would be happy to see him sold, as his main talent is scoring headers, and unless we are going to play with wingers, decent wingers I mean...NOT camo and sali or de ceglie.

DP. Still got talent, but old and I really hope that next season, and in pre season, Giovinco gets to play understudy or even challenge him properly for that Flair Merchant striker position, as the little man has so much zest about him, which is something we lack in attack...better still, would be the move of a 3 defensive to a 3 offensive midfield. With Gio, Diego, Camo, Candreva, Iago, Marchisio all covering the offensive three, and melo, momo, marchisio covering the defensive two.

Amauri. Has done little so far to suggest he was or is worth anywhere near what we paid for him. Those fools who thought he might become the saviour of the italian team, must now be red faced and hiding in the shadows. he is a poor man's Toni.

Iaquinta. I want to keep him. His attitude, power, aerial ability and heart make him a valuable weapon.

Trez. I would be happy if he stayed, but if he does go, we MUST either replace him with a world class finisher, or progress Immobile through and give him a chance to shine.

the most likely scenario will be Trez returning to France. Though i would MUCh rather see Amauri leave...and I doubt that a striker of bettega's pedigree is a die hard Amauri fan, nor any manager who comes IN and wants players who can score goals with their feet as well as their hair...If Amauri goes, we would get at least 10m for him I hope, maybe less.

Basically I see it like this
DP. flair, no pace, wicked creativity, only player other than Diego and Camo, who can be relied upon to pass, take corners, free kicks.
Amauri. ONLY useful if playing with capable wingers.
Trez. World class goal sniffer and finisher.
Iaquinta. Muscle, Power, Heart. needs 5 chances to score 1 goal, but his nature MAKES MORE CHANCES than Amauri for example...

Dp stays, zero chance of change there. Amauri or Trez will leave. We are covered in the air by Vinnie...so I would be happy, with someone else tall, a goalscorer first and foremost. Tevez would be a dream come true, despite his lack of height. His dwarf like stature actually suits us, given the fact that we have only one decent winger in the squad, and he is old and haggard, but still quality in flashes...(CAMO)

Huntellar, Dzeko, Suarez, Tevez, Pazzini, Fabiano. Any of those fiends would be fine by me.

That's not Juventus style.
Indeed. I wonder what Casiraghi is actually paid to do. He goes to South America watches these players and then nothing happens. To me it seems like he having a Tranny Fest over there or something. Out of that list Suarez or Fabiano for me.

Neymar isn't a targetman or poacher. The kid is as slight as Giovinco and is really more like Robinho than anything else. I'd take a chance on him but he's not a replacement for Trezeguet.

Probably just goes to Carnival and the religious party holidays.

Fabiano is battle tested. Physical enough for Serie A, yet talented enough to create for himself.

Suarez would be more of a gamble.

Luis Fabiano is way better.

It's really hard to rate a Dutch League striker. Sometimes they are brilliant Ibra, Ronaldo. And sometimes they are Alfonso Alves and Dirk Kuyt or at worst Ryan Babel.
Indeed, I agree. Not to mention Kezman as well who was one of my favorites but couldn't cut it elsewhere.

I don't have much trust for Suarez. He's good, but I'd take Dzeko or Fabiano before him.
