Thing is that I'm not really convinced of stoning being a Qoran's command.

*They never implore beside GOD any other god, nor do they kill anyone - for GOD has made life sacred - except in the course of justice. Nor do they commit adultery. Those who commit these offenses will have to pay (in the Last Day). *

*The adulteress and the adulterer you shall whip each of them a hundred lashes. Do not be swayed by pity from carrying out GOD's law, if you truly believe in GOD and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness their penalty. *

*Those who accuse married women of adultery, then fail to produce four witnesses, you shall whip them eighty lashes, and do not accept any testimony from them; they are wicked. *

*Those who commit adultery among your women, you must have four witnesses against them, from among you. If they do bear witness, then you shall keep such women in their homes until they die, or until GOD creates an exit for them.

The couple who commits adultery shall be punished. If they repent and reform, you shall leave them alone. GOD is Redeemer, Most Merciful. *

*O you prophet, when you people divorce the women, you shall ensure that a divorce interim is fulfilled. You shall measure such an interim precisely. You shall reverence GOD your Lord. Do not evict them from their homes, nor shall you make life miserable for them, to force them to leave on their own, unless they commit a proven adultery.*

Nothing more in Qoran with regards to stoning.

First I was thinking they were targetting the woman too much, then one of them whoops him with a painting or something, breaks it to pieces with his head, then picks up one piece and keeps whooping

There isn't a clear statemen in the Quraan that explains stonning. However, Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) allowed and practiced this penalty back in the days.

The idea isn't in stoning. The idea is that you have been blessed with a wife (only those who are marreid get the stoning penalty) of choice, yet you choose to commit adultrey with another woman.

So the next big debate should be, the consequences of Adultrey against self and the society "beside getting stoned for it :)"

Who the fuck cares if the Quran allows stoning? That is NOT the point.

Stoning as a punishment was a product of those primitive times, for those people who lived back then. You know what else was a product of those times too? Slavery.
