Was a thing in GdS the other day claiming Marrone was valued at around 10m for the purposes of this transfer.

I'd put his value somewhere between that and what you are suggesting.

Viola won't take another SS with them already having Rossi and Ljajic. What they need is a CF since they are giving Luca Toni a lot of minutes. So Quag and Matri are players they'd probably be interested in.

But at the end of the day, I don't think Viola want players in exchange. They want their cash so they can raid the Spanish League which seems to be their new strategy in the mercato.

Exactly and they are linked with Negredo for a while now.
