Seriously now, last summer he was very very very close to City, with the influence of Mancini and Fiorentina's reluctance to sell him to Juventus prevented any sort of deal happening. This year there isn't any competition for Jovetic the links to Arsenal are completely laughable and I know for certain he will not move there, they aren't going to be guaranteed Champions League football till the 18th August at the minimum and they could still be knocked out in the qualifiers.
