Jovetic & Higuain in one summer?
You know what's going to be great?

Listening to all the people criticising Marotta if he 'only' manages to sign one of them, as if that wasn't very good.

You'll see the claims that have come out in the last day or so used to abuse Marotta if he comes up with anything short of a mind-blowingly brilliant mercato.

Yep. People are expecting two of the players plus quality depth in one mercato, when weve failed in getting but one of them the previous two seasons.

Cuadrado is juan hell of a derby king!

If we still will play 3-5-2, then I'm happy with just Jovetic/Suarez, and not Higuain. I trust Llorente will be our starting striker.
If we land Jovetic, Kolarov, Diamanti and Ranocchia, then I'd be more than content with the mercato.

Kolarov is unrealiable when it comes to defensive duties and Ranocchia is just terrible and not worth 15m at all

Yes, indeed.

Higuain comes & Llorente for free. Great.

Sal.

Try showing some optimism here. The noobs won't survive without strong veteran leadership.
There is reason to be optimistic, Juve signed an out of contract player that can help out a lot. Juve are also looking at signing another striker.

That points towards a successful mercato, addressing the biggest weakness.

Thank goodness Sal's already providing it.

:D
Been difficult to stay calm about El Pipita :p

I wonder what will happen with our wing back situation?

Isla staying and sharing spot with Licht?

Peluso & Asamoah?

I say, we sort those two sides out with people that can cross and having higuain & Llorente in the box...:dazed:

I think Isla is 50-50 on what Udinese will allow. I don't think Juve are prepared to pay for the remaining half yet, they might try and extend the current deal? I don't know what the details are though. I've liked Isla for a while, but I don't think Juve can justify another €9m at all. Cuadrado is obviously a safer bet but I don't believe Fiorentina will let him slip at all.

I can't see much of a change with either wing back position unless Juve makes a killing while selling players, or gets a good deal on a forward. I would like Asamoah to be allowed more time, he's delivering everything asked of him defensively.

Edit: Actually, if Juve find a way to get out of the Isla deal, then there should be a move for a wing back.

We want him bad. His agent said to an ex player/scout/manager that he's close to Juve.

    Nothing official.
