Juventus are positive the deal for Jovetic will turn in their favour. If Fiorentina don't budge and decrease their asking price for Jovetic - Ljajijc will not renew and go to Juventus for free.
- La Stampa

In other words, Juve have Fiorentina by the balls on that one.

Basically fali ramadani wont get ljajic to renew his contract with viola if they wont budge from their asking price for jo-jo.
For the selling club they are ,it cud be really bad for them if ljajic walks out on a free.

So you are assuming ljajic is gonna be benched if he doesnt renew ?Am i reading correctly ?
If so,not every club aims to do a bilbao u know.

I see :p

Would still be a move that could hurt Ljajic, who's only had one good season so far and can't risk being benched for what could be his real breakthrough season.
It would be in Fiorentina's best financial interest to keep Ljajijc and accept Juventus' bid of 20M + Marrone.

Fiorentina would get around 25M max (from a EPL club, etc) for Jovetic. Them getting 25M but losing Ljajic for free hurts them hard.

They could get 20M (Jovetic) + Marrone (6M-10M) + 10-20M that Ljajic would go far in the future. More money to them.

Ljajic for free only next season? Which means the player himself could be benched all of the upcoming season as punishment. Anyway, that apart, Ljajic for free > Jojo for 20 plus Marrone.
