We paid 11 Million for 1/2 of Giovinco, so 20 Million in cash is definitely a good deal for JoJo. We can't overvalue/over-rate our own players, and then bitch and complain when other clubs do the same.

JoJo is valued @ 30 million by Fiorentina;there is no way they are letting him go for under 20 million cash + a player or two.

And as much as I love JoJo, I would have a coronary if they paid 30 million in cash for him

I am not saying we should, but we valued Giovinco @ 22 million last summer, hence Fiorentina's valuation of JoJo @ 30 million is anything but excessive. Obviously, neither player is worth as much as they are "valued."

Giovinco is worth 15 million at best, while JoJo is closer to 22-23 million.

young, talented SS performing well at the highest level?

30M sounds OK really, considering what Madrid will have to pay for Suarez.
no man. 22-24 is about right.

He has been ok in the last season. To be valued at 30 he must be really destroying serie A. And he isnt doing that.

Fiorentina value him at 30 because of his prospect to be good in the future. Right now he is a good footballer tho, and his career here could go very good or not meet the expectations. I would seriously at much pay 20 mils plus a co own or a player but not more.
