The sentence passed by the TNAS [Italy's National Arbitration Tribunal for Sport] charges Antonio Conte with having been informed by Stellini on 8 March 2012 of the offence committed by the players in Albinoleffe v Siena. Therefore, according to the CONI judges, Conte's failure to report the matter began at least on that date.
Clearly the members of the Arbitration Tribunal did not give due consideration to the statement made by Antonio Conte on 13/7/2012:"Only recently, following the news stories indicating his involvement in presumed agreements made by Carobbio with regard to the reverse fixture, did Stellini tell me that at the end of the match in question there was a fight between players of the two teams in which he had been involved himself, and so, worried that something might happen in the reverse fixture, he asked Carobbio, an ex-Albinoleffe player, to speak to his former team-mates and try to calm things down; Stellini's concern stemmed from the fact that he had been personally involved in the fight and so he felt even more responsible. Stellini did not explain the reasons for the fight, also because I didn't ask for any details since I was very annoyed at not having been informed about the matter immediately."
Therefore Stellini never informed Conte about any agreements to fix the reverse fixture Albinoleffe v Siena; he merely reported what had happened in the Siena dressing rooms after the game.

A simple observation: after the false accusation regarding Siena v Novara, after falsely affirming that Mastronunzio had been dropped from the squad for illicit reasons, and no longer able to use Carobbio's statements, the TNAS charged Antonio Conte and his defence with an admission of responsibility which in fact never took place. A mistake which can no longer be rectified. Anyone who has the time and opportunity to read the records will be able to verify as much for themselves.

Basically we got fucked in the arse again.

Anybody who thought Conte was guilty on this forum deserves to hang their head in shame.
