I can see Stankovic doing well for us. He was immense for Inter two seasons ago in the Serie A, and in the CL he was expected to do everything himself. In Juve, he'll not have the same creative responsibility and he'll be able to play his game. He's no playmaker or winger, just a good all around midfielder who'd be an asset to most teams.

Who would you rather have for midfield depth, Stankovic/Zanetti/Giovinco or Brazzo/Tiago/Palladino?

If hes meant to be a backup I wouldnt mind him here, but the thought of him replacing alonso or aquilani as our next starting cm is unacceptable.

What do you think his bad sides are ?

I follow him since the 1998 world cup and he was always great, apart from this last season where he was pathetic. After all, he was always irreplaceable wherever he played and even Moggi wanted him.
He used to be decent, I followed him pretty well also back these days. 1997-98-99 were pretty good years for him. But now that I see as very average player and wouldn't make any difference. And I'm not being harsh on him because he's an Inter player, but simply because I don't see him as effective as he was long time ago. His last couple of years under Mancini proves my point. Not to mention that he was playing regular 90min.

He was one of Serie A's best midfielders 06/07, if not the best. Selective memory, Rab?
I wasn't following Inter nor Serie A that close when Juve went down to Serie B.

But I don't remember him being nominated one of the best foreign players. Yeah, could be my memory.

I am sure that our primary targets are Alonso and Aquilani....and is good that there are lots of players in a game. Imagine we are targeting only 1 players at the time. with secco in charge, we would never get a right player.
However Stankovic is not bad, and i would not mind considering everything ..

He was good at the first half of the 06/07 season, in the second half he gradually became one of Inter's worst players and he carried his bad form to 07/08 season
He was exceptional during the first half, and he had a dip in form during the second half as most of their team. Hardly one of their worst players.

Restano in ballo Xabi Alonso e Senna. Per Aquilani, invece, si studia uno scambio che preveda l'inserimento come contropartite tecniche di Iaquinta e Marchionni da aggiungersi ad un'offerta economica.

You think this is true?
