Di Maria

That goal required a lot of technique, that kid is insanely talented.

Oh and Nick, Silva has definitely been better than Chiellini this season, one of the top defenders in Europe along with Vidic imo. Carvalho for me comes in third.

and whats with the avatar? :p

Alot of Manchester United season ticket holders seem to think differently. I watched United alot at the start of the season the first 10 games and Vidic was poor, any attacker who is direct punishes Vidic and it's shown numerous times this year.

Let me guess, they had Criscito as the best LB?
Are you really ready to see the entire joke?

‎4-3-3: Sirigu; Maggio, Thiago Silva, Rannochia, Ziegler; Krasic, Hernanes, Pastore; Cavani, Ibrahimovic, Etoo

I also think Silva has been better than Chiellini and Chiellini has been great.

This list is good, but I would have Chiellini in for Rannochia, then we are talking

Going by the three games I've seen of him, I'd hope he wasn't the best Serie A had to offer this season.

I haven't been able to see much of Sampdoria this season (was expecting to do that tonight) so I don't know much of Ziegler. I definitely think Abbiati and Chiellini should be in there. I expected the rest, actually made me realise that Serie A has some really interesting attacking players this season.

I don't get it why Ranocchia was chose to be honest.

Probably because people get excited when he goes forward into attack? I have no idea either, I'd have Chiellini as one of my first choices for that team alongside Thiago Silva. Sort of reminded me of the time I discovered that non Serie A fans thought Lúcio was the best Inter CB last season.

But that's because he's Lucio. Non-Bayern/Bundesliga fans thought he was world class while in Munich, which was obviously a farce to those that actually followed the side.

Lucio's ability is like a fiat currency: it's backed by nothing but still highly regarded.
