Mardid are yet to win ONE single match against a decent team.

If Leonardo's old Milan can defeat Pellegrini's 300 mill madrid that says volumes about Pellegrini.

Madrid can rape small teams in la liga as much as they want to but flopping against every decent opponent will always show their true colors. They flopped against Lyon, Milan and Barca all twice.
It takes time to create a really solid team. But there are many signs that Madrid looks like a solid team for the future. "If" they manage to keep Pellegrini and give him a bit of time to build his team they can create a winning team (for the first time in 7-8 years).

Just look at Mourinho's Inter last season. They finished second in their group and were humiliated by United in both home and away games. Even Our team looked better than them in Europe last season. And look at them this season !!

It doesn't matter how much a club spends but any coach would need "atleast" 2 seasons to shape up a good team.

They spend over 200mln for nothing, it just shows how much of a joke they really are.

It takes time? It wouldn't take as much time if they bought the right players. They still have many average players in their team and over the past 3 seasons they spent like 400mln euros. And it has nothing to do with more time, they'll have a good team when they buy 4 more starters. When they do that even a new coach would win La Liga.

They've shown that they don't want to take time to build a team. They give shitload of money for so called stars who they sell later. The club has vanished when Figo, Zidane and Ronaldo left. Now they are doing pure marketing, buying fashion models and making more fans to get more money from that because they are probably aware how much they suck at the moment. They sold Sneijder and Robben and they bought Kaka for 75mln who was average. For that money they could have bough 3 very good players and be much stronger now but no.
They bought Benzema and they already want to sell him.

Yeah, that teams shows the potential to be good in a couple of years, maybe. But it will always be laughable what it took them to get there and how many stupid moves they actually pulled to get on the top. This season should enter the history, so much money and to get trashed by Lyon right after the groups.

Two things that need to be mentionned here, player associations strike for unpaid salaries means no La Liga this weekend, and if they dont resolve it quickly, means La Liga schedule will be very difficult with upcoming WC.

Secondly, this funky guy was seen to have wined and dined with Real board members in latest game, and I presume its not just a flimsy rumour and he is prolly done for them? http://www.pestaola.gr/images/screech_saved_by_the_bell.jpg

Oh wrong link, I meant this guy ;) http://images.icnetwork.co.uk/upl/l...rouane-fellaini-picture-gallery-183917350.jpg

It is absolutely glorious. Hala Madrid.

Even if they buy another four starters they will have to deal with a new manager and probably a new system, throwing away what they have gained as a team this season. So they'll basically start over again next year when they bring in Mourinho or Benitez.

They'll spend 60 million for Ribery and another 60 million for Villa and neglect the defense as they always do.

I read recently that the fans there hate him and his style of football. They had a poll to see who they wanted to be in charge next season and he wasn't even one of the options.
Who's they? Marca?

If Mourinho decides to stay at Inter, then there goes that option for Real. If Liverpool get rid of Benitez and Real fires Pellegrini (which they will), they might be stuck with the former. Unless they go after Rijkaard which seems unlikely.
