seriously, gauardiola? fookin hell barca are just setting real up for an easy ride to next years title

he aint ogt the experience for this, laudrup has doe fantastically well this year and i am sure when the barca board approach him when it all goes to shit he will remember this personal slight and instead become the 18761290 manager of real instead. also the villareal manager has done a superb job with a small club and will be bemused by the decision to overloook him, barca are proving themselves to be small minded by thinking they can placate the fans by wheeling out a former favourite

Guardiola may bring the new, fresh change needed but I am not sure about his coaching abilities. What is his coaching CV?

Barcelona are the same as Real. For example, if they appoint Capello and he brings them the title, they will still fire him because they wouldn't play :gsol: attractive football. :gsol:

Guardiola is doing good with Barca B team this season which is his first coaching experience so it is risky to let him Barca coach.

Mourinho was a favorite too but not sure what happened there!
I'd say Guarfiola might do well if he got the right leadership in the dressing room. That is all what is missing in Barca. A true inspiring leader.

I said it before.. Klinsmann, Dunaga, even Mourinho with Porto are great examples that ppl with great leadership can go forward.

FR became a boring Coach in my opinion.

If Guardiola picks a good assistant to help him with tactics.. he will do fairly well..

So much of coaching a side like Barca is coping with all the egos.

It will be much harder for a newbie like Guardiola to do that than a well established coach who will already have the respect of the players.

i thought thats the perfect answer to why fr got boring.

i think that apart from his tactical stupidity he lost the respect of any player he has under him. i mean the amount of stuff that comes out of the barca training ground is sth u cant imagine happening in a team like barca regardless if u hate them or like them its just not acceptable. i can only imagine what capello would do if he was in chargeof ronnie, marquez, vicotr vlades, deco and co who set there training the way that suits them not what suits fr.

another thing that has caused the break up of this squad is the issues between the players. its amazing how every one has a say about his other team mate. we've seen etoo and ronnie have a rift. then xavi goes out to the press and says allt he dirty secrets that go on with in the team and how he has nothing to do with all the lack of disipline.

its not a matter of fr being a good coach or an awuful coach ( which he is) its a matter bigger than him to take ful responsibility of.

the first half of real madrid vs barca just ended and the only word to describe it is: ownage!!

real madrid are miles and miles better than barca tonight and the 2 goals before the 20th min is just how poor barca is.

how frank rijjkaard does his subs is beyond me. i mean gud johonson was subbed 20 mins after the begining and dos santos was shoved in ok but how can u take an expierenced player and thro in a player who is probably playing his first classico. any way i think its not over yet i see real madrid scoring a third goal.

to be honest rijkaard was either crying or trying his best not to cry bec honestly barca was'nt even trying.

i personally think that etoo and deco are worthless pricks if they picke dup there yellow card intentionally so they can miss this game even if it was for the purpose to avoid saluting the real players for wining the title that is just soooooooooooooo low.
