for a period of 20 minutes Valladolid were actually more dangerous than real, and looked much better. But then they just collapsed, they were defending with one player at times ffs.

They were even worse than roma :D

Was I the only 1 that thought the referee of Sevilla vs Barca totally favoured Barcelona?

He gave them almost every call that was 50-50 or less. Thank goodness that game did not involve Inter as we wont hear the last of it.

It seems every young player in the world Wenger is interested in. The under 17s, 20s and youth tournaments must be his favourite time of the year.

@ m_elayan you do realise that Real played without Ruud, Robinho went off at 1-0, Casillas is carying a finger injury and apart from Cannavaro and Ramos they dont have any central defenders but still walloped valladolid 7-0.

Can someone give me confirmation that defender, Daniel Jarque still plays in Spain for Espanyol?

I've read on wiki that he does, but then I have looked on other websites and saw that in the January transfer window tables he got transferred to Tottenham. My best guess was that they have got him on a bosman at the end of the season, but I could be wrong.

It was great to see return to form and fitness of 1 of the world's great strikers, David Villa with 2 excellently taken goals.

The free kick was just superb. i really do like this player as its not every time you have a striker with such great movement, ability and work rate as Villa does.

True he really is a class striker..i'd hate it if he were to be wasted in Chelsea..as they seem to have him in as Drogba's summer replacement..if he was smart he'd forget the money and take a move that would benefit his career

Valladolid played the offsife trap in the middle of the field which killed them.
i see valencia improving these days , it will be interesting match with barca in copa del rey after 2 weeks.
