Bale is proving the Real Madrid strategy: the most expensive players, if you can afford them, are irreplaceable and worth it in the end. Ronaldo is one, Bale is clearly another.

There you said it. Gravesen was his partner and Real's defense was horrible. Not mentioning that Beckham was only part of a team consisting of the likes of Zidane, Figo, Raul and others. Why would you blame him alone?

All in all, Beckham was a success financially and, if you really watched Real during his time (which I strongly doubt), you'd know he was good and won Real several games. You can check it on whoscored if you like.

Yea, Beckham was the ONLY reason for all these failures, not the poor defense nor the amateur managers Real were hiring. Did you watch him play with Real? Of course not. And since you're so hooked on useless numbers that doesn't help your argument of Beckham being a failure, go check the finances of Real Madrid when he was playing for them.

Of course I did , he was fucking crap as central midfielder, especially when Figo and zidane were on the field, it's not even contest, he was bad as fuck
