No, he wouldn't.

We are talking about the current Spainsh team, best National team of all-time.
1) i'm referring to the hello kitty spanish competition. You know, the one where guiseppe rossi scored 31 goals in.

2) france 1998/2000 would rape current spain so hard, that they'd forfeit the game.

henry, deschamps, zidane, vieira, thuram, lizarazu, etc in their prime, seriously not even a contest

Hence, 1998 and 2002 brazil would beat them without breaking a sweat

Lets also not forget, it took them penalty's to get past italy in 2008, they didnt even deserve to hold out to penalty's, because italy had more and better chances troughout the game, and how camo missed that sitter is beyond me.

You mean the massive 5man midfield that 1998 france put up ?

combined with fantastic fullbacks and great central defenders

you know, the italian 5 man midfield that neutralised spain, isnt even close to the one france had back then

vieira, deschamps, zidane... please

The passing and possession control of the Spaniards is superior. Xavi, Inesta, Alonso are really passing masters. Add Silva and/or Fabregas and Besquets and you'll watch any team suffer.

The brazilian midfield of Ronaldinho, Kaka, Emerson, Juninho etc. may be better on paper individually but the team play of spain is unsurpassed in my opinion. I've never seen a team as hard to beat as Spain and Barca. Those who do beat them park the bus and counter attack and hope to get lucky. 80% that doesnt work.

in terms of beauty? ofcoarse.. its the most boring thing in football. But in terms of effectiveness, it has proved to be most effective at club and national level. Teams who play it are very very hard to beat...the teams that perfected it have swept all competitions more than once after all

No offense to Henry fans but Ronaldo at his prime pisses all over Henry. Players like Del Piero, R.Baggio and Zidane are better players than Henry let alone a phenomonal player like Ronaldo back then.

I can understand the comparison between Messi and Ronaldo (even though R9 IMO is the best player that I've personaly seen for the past 22 years up untill this day). But Henry between those two, absolutely no way !
perhaps you only judge henry based on his performance in juve?

speaking about best ever, I think in term of dribbling, ball control creativity and one touch passing, prime ronaldinho > all, the tricks he pulled out at that time were otherworldly...

that's interesting, france's midfield would struggle, however brazil midfield should be able to kill spain midfield if dinho, kaka and juninho play at their prime... xavi and iniesta aren't good markers, silva even worse, alonso is too slow to handle kaka and dinho at their prime so is busquets, dinho and kaka should be able to dance around spain midfield, frustrate them to death and kill them.

of course with 1 condition, dinho, juninho and kaka should be at their best
