    Guardiola is nothing special?

Your argument is like saying Mourinho isn't anything special because he spends €200 mill pr season in every team he goes to :frown:
How much did 'he' invest at Inter?

And it's not him who spends that much, but owners.

I never rated Rijkaard. When Pep wins 3 CL's in 4 years, would you be convinced then? What would it take to make you convinced that he's a world class manager?
When he leaves Barca and starts winning with other club(s). Mourinho did it many, many times so far and he will keep doing it.

Pretty sure Pep can't do shit outside of Barca.

Dimishing Guardiola's achievements is somewhat same when I do it when it comes to Mourinho's. Let see.Mourinho beat Man U with Porto when Man U had disallowed clear goal.He won EPL with loads of money and great players. He got to CL final over Barsa with offside goal in Milan and disallowed clear Barselona goal for 2-0 in Spain. He almost lost Serie A title, lousy Roma with Ranieri floped at the end.He went to Spain and again he gets every bloody player that he likes, like Coentrao for 30 milions, he snaps with his fingers and he gets that.
Don't get me started on Barca :shifty: You want to talk about controversial ?

    Mourinho outsmarting Guardiola

    When did that happen?

    Exactly.

Difference between the two is that Mourinho huffs and puffs and makes sure everyone knows about his achievements, while Guardiola goes about his business more quietly.

If you can't see the difference between Barcelona pre Guardiola and Barcelona post Guardiola, then there really is no use of continuing the discussion.
When Riijkard coached, they laid the foundation of the football they are playing now; it shouldn't be compared. I'm not saying Pep isn't a class coach, but the philosophy is already there and the coach don't have to be that great tactical.

pep is a good coach, he knows how to handle his players and motivate them, he also is all about the barca "philosophy". So can pep go to porto and win it all? hell no. can he go to chelsea and inter and implement his mantras with players? hell no. can pep do it at real? even a bigger hell no. it's comical to even compare the 2 coaches. History will look back at porto, chelsea, and inter's successes over the past few year, the first name that comes up is mourinho, when it does barca messi is the name.
And fred, that has nothing to do with the way he huffs and puffs, but rather for the very same reason you hate him so much, HE tormented your team, made them look silly anytime arsenal met chelsea, and had wenger in his pocket the whole time. The man is the epitome of confidence in the sport.

    Exactly.

When you play Xavi, Iniesta, Messi and Villa the results and game style is rather known in advance.

Like Barca doesn't spend retarded money on players. :howler:

And is that Barca cocksucker am0110 really complaining about Mou winning because of unfair decisions when Barca is the worst when it comes to that shit?

They shouldn't have won the Chelsea game nor the Arsenal game last year if it was about being fair. So where does that leave them?

It's not just Real now. It's Porto (outstanding), Inter (what he did was amazing) and Chelsea.

Right.. That's why Inter sold their stars and settled for mediocrity after Mourinho left them. That's why Valdano was forced out of Real Madrid...

Everyone knows Mourinho has everything to do with transfers in his club. Do you think that Pep just tell his players to play their own game when they play an important match like semi finals in CL against Real Madrid?

You just don't beat coaches like Ferguson and Mourinho over and over again if you aren't good tactically.

Did you see how he adapted Barca into the 3-5-2?
