Overmars was an amazing talent tho JCK. He tore shit up @ Arsenal.
The point is that he choked to death with barca and it was LOVELY

Speaking of Messi, he has been voted best player in the world in every year Pep has been his coach, and Xavi has been in the top 3 in every year Pep has coached him, neither have reached those levels before Pep, but i guess thats a co-incidence too.
Or it was a coincidence that Pep was there when these two players reached their full potential.

Why didn't they win this many trophies before him?
Rijkaard was pretty successful too, no? He won many trophies there.

Their squad has matured, Messi has gotten better.

Like I said, he should prove himself outside of Spain and I can't wait to see that because I'm pretty sure we'll see a big flop.

I didn't know your barcism goes that far back?
I ended up in tedious arguments on this forum because many of my opposers weren't aware of the choking barca and I was merely pointing out how much of chokers they were. Such a shame they are cheaters now.

He won trophies for two years, and then started choking, you can't seriously compare him to Guardiola.

How about Lippi, did he prove himself out of Italy? Did he have any achievements in club football outside of Juventus? Why don't you apply your logic on Lippi as well?

Fact is, Lippi made a name of himself at Juventus, and he is rightfully regarded as one of the best coaches in the past 30 years, because of his work at Juve, whether or not he coached in another country, the same should be applied to Guardiola.

First of all, i was talking about club football, and i clearly stated that in my post.

But in all cases, i'd go along with that. Did you and others not consider him to be a world class coach before he won that world cup??

you didnt get my post.I know what he did with Aberdeen,
Yes I got your post, you were trying to compare Pep to Ferguson as being a coach who managed only one team to success but you failed miserably ignoring Sir Alex's achievement with Aberdeen.

He kept consistency for 20 years.

You know when will Guardiola do that? Never. And without those current Barca players? Never.
my post was just an attempt of sarcasm, nothing more.i dont even compare Guardiola and Ferguson, they cant be compared truly.Just saying in my own way that Guardiola needs to be rated higher than most people here do.

No, your sarcasm attempt was the failure, it was so obvious and so wrong at the same time.
