Srsly? In My view He was awful... No endproduct, Way to selffish
This is a different type of game. Very tight spaces, hard for anyone to have any end product. But tactically he's been massive for Real. Real have been pressuring Barca high up the pitch, and Di Maria has been vital to that. He's pressing like crazy, in addition to that he's working very hard and tracking back all the time, he's also played the ball out of Real's half a few times by dribbling Barca players like they weren't there. I think he's having a huge game. Granted your right his end product in terms of his crossing and passing has been off, but thats to be expected really.

Ronaldo has played an appalling game. Probably Real's worst offensive player today.

Messi hasn't been all that great either, he has been limited by the likes of Diarra and Ramos, but he produced a moment of magic for Barca's goal, dribbling past two Real players and assisting Sanchez for the equalizing goal.
Ronaldo can't defend
i had this discuttion with my training partner today :p

this is true, the defending part, but isnt that alot down to the instructions the players get ?

considering samuel eto'o at inter, if mourinho wants ronaldo to defend, he will.

but i think real keep him high up the field, for the constand danger

is mourinho yelling at him ? cause in that case i'd be wrong anyway :p

Messi was lucky not to get a second yellow there. Nobody could have any complaints had the ref gave him a second yellow. However, it was in the middle of the pitch and there was no malice intended, he obviously was trying to get the ball, even though that counts for little since he didn't get any of the ball, but the ref can still justify not giving him a second yellow.

It wasn't a foul for a second yellow.

Messi was owned all match long except when he assisted Sanchez. Madrid should stop showing respect to him because this match proves that they can handle him. If they had more guts they would have stopped him too for the goal Sanchez scored.

Fuck Barca for going after Sanchez. He was Conte's preferred choice and he would fit so nicely in Juve. In Barca he can't show his individual qualities because everything (except Messi) is about team play and the system there, while Sanchez needs a free role to explode.

So how was that a yellow for Xabi Alonso in the exact same place on the pitch?

messi red carded would have a huge impact on the game, probably wouldnt justify the faul.

i'm not sure if i agree with it, but refferee's tend to do this with these players, especially barcelona.

if he does it again, i think he should be gone tho
