That's pretty accurate. Go back say 9 months and I was 90. Most decayed physical condition of my life. Then I started swimming, was down to 84. Then stopped swimming cause they stole my bike and I had no time for it. Went up to 86. Three days ago started swimming again, now at 85.

When I was 18-20 I was in the best shape of my life, at 73. So I got ways to go.

I'm 175cm.

I have the bad luck to live among giants. My ~180 are an equivalent of ~1.90 when I'm in Greece or Turkey, but it's like ~1.70 among the giants here.

I think that those pics you've seen of me were taken in Turkey, so that explains your delusion

I know for my size I'm really light I'd take off in light breeze, but I'm in really good physical condition, not bony or anything, I eat like a horse every day I'm just naturally light.
