Its about time to see if the Marotta apologists were right about that hidden deal of acquiring Berardi, after paying that fortune on Zaza...
seriously? NOW you chose to complain about the Zaza deal? we signed him for 18M (11.5M all transactions considered) and are about to sell him for atleast 25M. your "unpopular opinions" are even more garbage than ever

I don't understand why people have agendas here. Criticize Marotta when he does something bad and praise him when he does something good. Very simple. And you have to consider all the previous Sassuolo transactions. You can't just pretend they didn't happen to fit your narrative. We invested 11.5m in total for Zaza. 25-30m is good business as long as we get a very good Morata replacement. After that I'm fine with a loanee or a young player to replace Zaza.

When and IF, a big IF there Marotta sell him for profit, we can congratulate him then, not before.
I dont believe those rumors, because most of the times Marotta sells about in 40% of the price he buys...
This at least has been the case ever since he joined and never in his career has managed to get a top forward.
We only hear false rumors each and every transfer window, but in the end, we end up overpaying for mediocrity...
The fact remains that we have paid 18.5mil to get our player back and we are hoping to pay 30more to get our other player back (Berardi) where other teams use buy back clauses or straight loans and not bleeding cash as we do...

lol if you think we will sell Zaza for anything less than 18M (let alone 40% of that) you are a retard. a retard with unpopular opinions

Those names are good, but not top, at least not when they joined us.
Vucinic had a terrible converting rate, Llorente one and a half year on the bench, Tevez was considered problematic and after some terrible years, Morata was extremely hopeful but the buy back clause was humiliating, Manzdu is also considered past his age and Dybala wasnt proven enough to justify the WC ammount we gave in advance.

Each and every year we were hunting top forward names like Sanchez, ppl are hoping in vain that we will get them up untill the very last transfer window day, but Marotta never delivered, each and every year i reming you that such dreams never materialized and each and every year that this time they will...

I am doing because i dont want to see you dissapointed and delussional again and again and you call me a retard!
Ppl never learn...

But he is now right? In just his first season with us? So who cares if people thought the pricetag was high. He's a striker. It happens. They are always the most overpriced position in the market. So, do you give Marotta credit for this move or not?

From what I gathered from this rambling:

-Morata, Dybala, Tevez and Mandzukic are just semi-good, not top strikers. Bad business.

-Marotta should drop 70 million mercato bombs every year on players like Sanchez because that is completely rational and possible.

I've been on this forum for barely a month yet I can already spot the idiots. Not like you make it hard though.
