30m is a good money, but it would be stupid to sell him when do not even have replacement for Morata. If Max wants to play Pjaca as SS, ok, but in case of Zaza departure we still need one more -badass- striker

I hope Zaza stays! He's good enough to be in the squad. I don't like the idea of two forwards sold in one summer : <

Who would our gentlemen replace him with anyhow?

Selling young Italian's like Zaza, Gabbia, Berardi, Immobile and Sturaro to teams in Germany and EPL is the new way to go. No need to sell your stars when there are teams in England who have money to spend.
We could easily get 40m a year for players that we own.

That is why signings players from Sassoulo, Serie B and other teams is so important.

I'd prefer keeping him tbh, however if we can get Pjaca and Keita Balde :tuttosport:

Zaza isn't going anywhere. He'll actually see a lot more game time next season IMO, as he will only have to contend with Mandzukic for the starting CF spot (if we assume Pjaca is the Dybala sub)
Agreed. Last season could only serve that as he has gelled well with the team and staff.

sell zaza.... 30 mill seriously we would be stupid to let this one up. He is never going to be a 'top forward' good at best but by no means a huge loss if he left. I've always seen him as a bit of a liability getting himself booked more often than most, he has his odd clutch moment like his goal vs napoli or assist but with 30 mill we can definitely get an upgrade with that. Maybe he might learn a thing or two on how to take penalties in Germany

That's how I feel. Zaza isn't much better than a Mattia Destro or Pavoletti. You could sign a player from Serie A and fill his shoes from <10 million and then use some of the Morata funds + 30 million from Zaza to buy a top end striker.

Pavoletti as a 5th striker? sign me up:

15 goals in all competitions this year. He is an extremely strong finisher, very strong in the air, good at set pieces, and actually not that slow.

We focus so much on strikers from other competitions without taking a look at what is available in Serie A. As a reserve guy, Pavoletti would be ideal.

Pjaca for 25m so it leaves us with 35m (morata money and if we sell zaza for 30m) which is not enough for todays market. keep him and see what he can do
It is amazing how much people here underestimate our financial capacity. This isn't a zero sum game on arrivals and departures. The team generates cash, and has an underleveraged balance sheet.

We are very prudent financially, almost too conservative at times. We could go the other extreme, and run the team like Roma, and the team would be star-studded, but the team would constantly need equity injections. That is a long way from our current position. We could afford to put on another 50MM-75MM EUR in debt on the balance sheet, and run a cash neutral cash flow policy for 2 years if we really want to win UCL.

we are still chasing benatia which is a potnetial 24m, cuadrado which is potential 24m, we got pjaca coming in for 25m... how much would that leave us honestly?

Juve in the last 5 years havn't spent more than 32m on an individual player (dybala)
