I think it's the mole under his eye... It probably drives him mental since childhood, eye always being drawn down towards it, other eye not being able to see it. So he probably has some gnarly split-personality disorder, where left and right side are separated and is massive balancing act for Zaza's brain to have them work together. Sometimes you see his insane, raging mole-side win out and we see insane slide tackles from behind and attempts to fight players on the pitch... sometimes his calm, cool, collected non-mole-side wins out and we see amazing finishes... It's best, of course, when he has them work together.
