I guess the signing of Cuadrado probably means Juve will have one more forward player in the squad than they had envisioned.

I don't think anything will be set in stone like this and Allegri may well have the chance to be very versatile in how he sets up the attack.

Cuadrado can be used in many different ways, as was shown when he was at Fiorentina.
