What are you on about? Looking at goal/minute ratio he has been our most prolific striker. 27m for this goalscoring machine is borderline insulting. We should milk them for as much as we can, since most of EPL clubs tend to overpay and throw around ludicrous sums for far worse players. This man is terribly underrated here.

Prem duo bid €27m for Zaza
By Football Italia staff

West Ham United and Crystal Palace revived their attempts to poach striker Simone Zaza from Juventus for €27m (£19.9m).

The Premier League side had already been close to securing the ex-Sassuolo forward over the summer, but eventually Juve decided to keep him.

Zaza isn’t getting much playing time in Turin, but has still scored five goals in 10 competitive games this term.

Tuttosport now claim the Hammers are back in the running for the 24-year-old Italy international.

Despite proposing €27m, it’s reported Juventus will reject the proposals from West Ham and Crystal Palace because they do not want to sell Zaza on a permanent basis.

He would only be available on loan, so Sampdoria are keeping a close eye on the situation.

From FI. I doubt there is anything concrete behind it it BUT...27m? :weee:
And they say EPL teams getting richer is bad thing :coffee:

He's not a goalscoring machine bro.

Besides, it's probably €27m with bonuses and "if" clauses. We paid €20m for Morata ffs, are you telling me Zaza is better than Alvaro?

Was Tevez worth 12m, Vidal 11m? Should we base our valuations on these? Doesnt matter how much we payed for certain player at given moment, there are a lot of factors involved, but in this case it's important to capitalize if we sell and Zaza so far has caused quite a stir on the isle. They have ridiculous amount of money, have tendency to overpay and he has proven to be a very solid player, so anything bellow 40m shouldnt suffice in his case. Just look at the mediocre forwards and figures EPL clubs payed over the years. Lets taunt them a bit more and invoke the bidding war.

One could certainly argue that Zaza has proven more at this point than Morata had when Juve signed him.

And I think it's difficult to make a decision on Zaza's future at Juve without some understanding of Morata's.

ok, let's sell him. who's going to be his replacement? we need someone with strength, speed, nerves, eu passport, who takes the bench, available for less than 20m in the winter transfer window, and can play in the cl.

replacing zaza is a tough one.
