Define score, Montolivo is much better at creating, I'd rather have MarKEYSio.

One of the better finishing CM's is Moutinho and Hamsik, but neither one is Italian. Aquilani is always injured and is overrated.

That reminds me of a few games ago when I offered Real 15M Euros for Drenthe, but they rejected. Then I offered them 15M plus Tiago and they responded by saying they would settle for 10M.
