my understanding is this for PC
you can download the game via STEAM, in which case it is theoretically patched automatically for you. people have had trouble though because the activation servers are down because of the demand
If you buy a copy, you get a serial number, which you can then use on 5 different computers. however, the serial numbers are difficult to read, as 0 and O look exactly the same, as do 1, l, and I. or something like that. and even if you do get past that, you have to authorize it online, which takes ages

Omg me too! My sister who was sitting right next to me used the "Russian" crack. It worked for her. I do it and it doesn't work. So frustrating. So I'm going to wait 3 days to just buy it....I'm just happy I'm not the only one who couldn't use the "Russian" crack.

I have never played FM 09 or any FM for that matter. I guess it just isn't the right time for me.

I've found a supposedly working torrent, which is probably everywhere right about now. Patch and crack included but they say there are "triggers" built in the game so when you go on holiday you get kicked and after 1 season you also get kicked. Game installs fine so all we need is a proper crack which will come soon.
