Something like this works well. No need to use arrows. Use a deep defensive line (that's what I mean by reserved) and close down in your own half. Tempo a little slower or normal. Passing style mixed.

This works for me at least and it depends on the players you have.

We only need to spend on 3 player to get this formation.. nice

In 08 Gio plays best as an AMC, I have found.
