After season 2, just before the world cup, Barca "reward" Messi with a new contract. I wouldn't even bothered trying to sign him, but out of curiousity I checked him out and saw he has a 41mil pounds release clause on his new contract. He skinned me on the wages though, 155K per week, 8mil signing on, 31k per appearance, 10k per goal, 25% yearly rise. :lol2:

Benzema on the other hand costed me 70mil after my first season.

Sweet team vlatko... how did u get santon to play left back?? In my game hes a monster 5 goals/ 4 assists half way through the season... he plays strictly right and is beating camo for amr and giving srna a run for his money too

also how does laurito and camacho pan out?

I bought him in my first season and immediately set him to train as left back. I figured since he's "natural" in like 5 different positions on the right side, he has great versatility. Half way through the season he became LB accomplished and is playing good.

Camacho I bought in the mid season of season 2. TBH I bought him as a sub to Sissoko but he has developed amazingly. I will have to sell Sissoko because of him but emotions are getting in the way. :p

Laurito is also amazing and plays very well. I'm contemplating of changing the formation just because of him, to play with two strikers, him and Benzema. But it's hard to sacrifice one of these midfielders.

In short, both of them are simply put kick-ass.

2012-2013. I only made one transfer last summer and that was Messi. This summer I might have to sell some back ups like Lanzafame and Pletikosa as they're getting angry.

Yeah i always try it too. Is it me or the regens arent that good as they used to be in previous versions of FM or am i just not lucky enough in this version?
