Another Guide to build a good youth team.
Pro :
- Good guide.
- Very detail.
Contra :
- First he say don't use cheat. but he use Football manager modifier to know potential ability of young players. I considered this one as a cheat.
- He give table of hot prospect youngster with their potential ability.

And in his "tutorial" he didn't said nothing new, we all know that we need good scouts, coaches and to play games.And about FMM the program is grear, I just downloaded it and tried it and it works perfectly, however I'm not gonna use him in my Juve game cuz I don't wanna to put stain on my success without cheating.
Btw, does anyone know good page where I can download all the latest updates for FM08 and facepacks and kits???
What I do in FM07 for good youngsters:
Get as many scouts as the board will let you with near 20 in judging ability and judging potential ability.
The, go to the search screen and filter out all players over 17 (set age is at most 17) and scout each and every single one of them. Say you have around 5000 of them give around 600 to every scout, they should finish in half a year or so.
When they finish, go to the search sreen again and sort them by how many scout stars they have. usually, 4 or more stars means he has the potential to be a good player. Buy them, let them be in the youth team for 2 or 3 years, give them 1 or 2 seasons on loan and get them back. I've brought up tons of players like that, almost every big club has a player I had in my Juve youth team before I moved to Real.
