Define good tactics and training.....what are each?
For me good tactics is when you play your players at their natural positions and I like having 3 guys in front(2 wide and a target striker).

Training is making schedules for each position.

ah too bad. If you don't have problems with injuries and your players progress as they should the your fine.

My Board in Fulham... I hate them.

Their long term plan is to be major player in Coca Cola Championship in 2 year plan.

In my 1st season , surprisingly after the play off. My team get promoted to Premier. (This should be an overachievement) .

But the long term is still the same. And now they upset I can't fulfill their plan..
How can I achieve that plan.. should I relegate this team to achieve what they want. :disagree:

in my first season i finished 4th. I didn't do well during the season, and with about 6 games left i was in 10th place! I then went on to win 5 in a row, against teams such as Lazio(at home) 2-0, Inter (away) 3-1 :D, then Udinese 3-0, Parma 6-4, and finally Sampdoria 3-0. I secured 4th place and last game played with my reserves and drew 1-1 with Palermo.

I've already made all my buys that i need for the next season with Juve, and i've just reached mid July.

My team 2008/09:

------------------------------Buffon----------------------------
Dani Alves---------Andrade-----------Criscito-------------Chiellini
Camo/Maxi/Gasb-----------Paris--------------Marchisio/Luci---------Giovinco
----------------------Cutajar-------------Trezeguet-------------------------

Subs:
Viviano, Grygera, Ferrari, Legro, Molinaro, Luci, Tiago, Zanetti, two of those three right mids, Arieto, Alex(of Vasco), Rothen, Marchionni, Palladino, Paolucci, Iaquinta, Del Piero, Bonazzoli. There might be a few more that don't come immediately to mind.

I was going to sign Aguero to partner Cutajar, but i couldn't sign more than one non-eu player a year. Will sign him next Summer :D

in season 2007/2008 you dont need any new signings.
You have 4 GKs 4 CBs 4 side backs 4 CMs 4 wingers and 4 strikers +Biri and Olivera.Next season you have:mirante, piccolo, marchisio, giovinco, guzman, zalayeta, paro, volpato, paolucci, lanzafame and others+u20s:bassaoule,duravia,castiglia,esposito,dayd...what do you think?

I sold Almiron for 8.5 million to Villareal, Zebina for 9 million to Roma, Olivera for 5 million to Atalanta, i gave Mirante to Sevilla as part of the Alves deal(I saved about 13 million by giving them Mirante, who was worth 4.5 million), i sold Birindelli for 1.5 million to Empoli, I sold Boumsong to Reading for 7 million.

So Giovinco's been unhappy for over a year now. He's been a starter the entire season 3 and I'm half way through already, yet he's still unhappy. Van der Vaart is liked by almost the entire squad except for Trezeguet. VdV in turn doesn't like Marchisio. I always seem to have unhappy players and it's getting annoying because there's nothing that can be done to it other than getting rid of players!

its all your fault. You aren't a good manager. For a small fee of 800,000 i'll tell you how to solve everything
