Is it any good , I've never played that manager and i'm not planing to , just curious.

-After the match end, they will disappear, u must offer contract to them before the match end or u can do later by going to fixture, click that match and choose players from player rating screen
-I forgot to mention, ur youth facilities must be top class (which u cant improve more) to do this trick. Also this maybe applied to Serie A only, cos when i try with a Prem team, it creat suck players with 1,2 attributes

thanks for answering me back, i checked and the youth facilities in my team are state of the art = youth academy. i tried go to the fixtures of the reserves it shpould the score but ther was no playuer rating bit, is there sth i can do from there? i would really appreciate it if u wrote down the steps bro.

it means that when the player is older if he receives a job offer he leaves for free with no compensation

-@Bisco: it sounds strange cos in my game it shows normally. I suggest u should offer contract before the match. Right before the match start, go to the reserve team and u will see this, notcie the grey players

Then just choose the best players and offer them a contract, very easy

i really respect your game, cause after all we're all manager games players but ... FM can't even compare to Fifa Manager the latest years !!



It's funny how i'm one of the few people playing the best manager game around.


Anyway it makes me feel one of a kind.

I have the chance of signing Diego and Denilson(Arsenal),both for free. Who should I pick,I'm undecided. I can't take both,I already have plenty of offensive midfielders and playmakers+great talents.

BTW the move with the Reserve squad worked for me,I got a new Trez(20 in finishing),he scored 7 goals in three matches.

if you have plenty of players don't take neither of them, just buy players that you really need
