they are pretty decent young players off the top of my head

the best and cheapest players are Franklin Salas,Felipe(Al-Saad or something like that),Alex.Rondon,Alex(Fenerbahce),Tamada,Vanden Borre,Leonardo(Shahtar) and Skrtel. Example: buy Salas for 250000eur and hes asking price in Juve is 11 000000euro and all the top clubs want him.

Same. Had to see him leave and take up a job as a scout with Albinoleffe Now I only have Bettega, and I have no idea how to search for scouts.

The patch that came out is supposed to fix the "outrageous pay demands from scouts" supposedly, but that doesn't help since it will only work if you start a new game.
