You just got to warn or fine players when they get red cards or make inappropiate comments to the media and such.

Doubt it? I tend to be pretty easy going too, I just warn or fine players who don't show up for training or start complaining that they think they deserve a spot on first team. That seems to work so far, haven't had any problems yet.

i'm kicking ass in my first season after got promoted , winning a seri A , EURO CUP = UEFA , super coppa , and European super Cup , haHAHa . . my 1st season in seri B i just loaned aliardiere from arsenal , 2nd season , i got micah richard , vanden borre , pfertzel , squilacci , hiquain for $10 , daniel carvalho . motta and hedwiges maduro for free . marchisio is just wonderfull i say . using 4-3-3 , trezeguet scored 40 goals all season milan , inter , barca even valencia is nothing on my game

btw i'm off for aroung 35 days , wanna taking my winter holiday by travelling all around taiwan gonna miss u all guys , take care !
