I winrared the file and it gave me a 21MB file called fm but in football manager folder there is already an fm file which is 19MB do I replace?

oh brother...
open the folder, if there is a archive extract it, and paste the extracted file in your installation directory. you need the file called "fm.exe"

where do yout get the patience from..

we start with -17.. and u really dont have to remove it (even if u cant i think) as its really easy in serie b...

juve is on -17 by default, but don't sweat it it's a piece of cake.
