  • 1- Enough is enough, fire him!

  • 2- He is bad, but we need to keep him until the end of the season

  • 3- Keep him! He is the best option

  • 4. Get the coach of Albinoleffe because he'll surely take us to CL. I mean, everyone's better than R

I'd keep him untill the end of the season cos if we were to sack him now it would disrupt the team immeasurably.. However at seasons end there is no chance in hell he should be our manager, yet with our limp board and incompetent directors i think he is going to stay unfortunately... I must say Prandelli is the perfect candidate for next seasons manager, although he is yet to win titles i reckon he could be great with us.

i ahve reached boiling point, .
:agree: Me too.

But the defence has reach freezing pt against fiorentina, it sure need some extreme makeover in the summer ...

As for CR, I think it not advisible to get rid of him. The board seems to back him up.

Plus, if they can tolerate Secco's blunders, they will be able to take CR's ...

being a great player does not mean they can run a multi million dollar football club but yes interested ex juventinos with a little business sense would be great but i just want smart competent directors who can really take this club foward

We need professionals, our current managers were a quick fix, an emergency solution, we know have the time to make some decent upgrades,
but i dont see the will for improvement...

ex juventino? how bout prandelli...he made good subs yesterday...

I can understand Camo sub, coz few moments before he was holding his leg and I wouldnt want to risk my best attcking midfielder either,

but I don't understand why DP was taken off...I mean, Trez is only effective when we are attacking, if we are going to defend the lead, then keep a player who can hold on to the balls and draw the fouls. Thats basic shiet rite there...

Im not going to bomb Ranieri, coz I guess he has created a good atmosphere in the squad and maintained a good record (compared to serie B last season). But if he cant finish this season strongly, then he should follow Secco out.

We are missing our chance of doing something great, with Inter continuing to lose points, we should have be 2nd place had we not dropped 8 points in the last 3 games.

January transfer stupidities are starting to really show.

I still think that its too much of a risk to remove Ranieri now.Sacking coaches mid year is extremely harmful to the team. What is the message we are trying to send to the players here? Everytime we go through a bad patch a manager will be sacked? We need consistency, even if its till the end of the season. He is not doing well at all and his deficiencies showed recently more than before.

I will not use the Inter example that is used substantially in this forum. Just look at the Newcastle in England. I don't consider Big Sam anywhere near a good manager but he put Newcastle in a better position than they are now.

There are not guarantees with new coaches coming in, and the good ones wouldn't even consider taking it half way through the season let a lone in march. The ramifications, and consequences of changing coaches in the middle of the season especially for team competing for the higher positions are far more than the positives.

He stays till the summer where he will be assessed on a whole season rather than 3/4 of a season. We put an objective infront of him in the beginning of the season and thats what he should be given.

We were really in need of a fresh wind, Deschamps offered us that last season, but Ranieri is so outdated (and just inept) it's not funny. He did well the first six months, but in difficult periods the coach's hand has to make the difference. One could argue he did make a difference, albeit a negative one.. What worries me though is that after more than 6 months he still hasn't been able to introduce a certain style of play or imprint on our team. He fails to bring in any kind of consistency in our midfield mainly. I do want to note that he has to work with a lot of average material.

Having said that, i'm with Sateeh. Letting Ranieri go now will make us even worse. I reckon we'll finish in the top4 though and even hang on to third spot, despite Prandelli(now that's a fresh coach, he'd be perfect for us, especially with our youngsters coming through next season, he's a manager i'd even be willing to give an additional transitional year as he is truly a teambuilder) being the superiour manager.
The third spot will see Ranieri's ass saved for next season, i'm afraid.

I agree partly with sateeh. Changing the coach NOW might not have any effect, or even worsen our situation BUT if i were to decide, i'd really trying to convince lippi and if that man agreed, i'd risk it. A man of lippi's experience (coaching-experience AND Juve-experience) might be able to bring us to a new level.

With what juve looks like on paper, we should not be worrying about 4th place. I mean, we have the likes of Del Piero, Camoranesi, Buffon, whom i really (and objectively) consider world-class on their relative positions, and even if inter seemed unreachable (which i do not believe), they are not 13 points better. That's just a fact.

My fear is that we don't reach CL, and what happens next, only god knows; because we definately NEED the money from CL in order to be competitive the next years. We don't know what happens next with DP, Nedved, ... we have also camo and trez who are 30 yrs old (i think), but where are their replacements? i don't see any.

To get back to topic; i think we need a change in our management. I see a lot of secco-bashing here but maybe it's just the coach that needs to change. I mean without ranieri, we obviously wouldn't have bought tiago etc.

I say Get lippi, he's free, i'm pretty sure someone could convince him. He's the only one i'd let touch this juve at this moment, becuase only he has the experience with our squad (most of it). If we can't get Lippi, i'd say no change 'til the end of the season and let's hope we somehow reach 3rd place.
