I know its almost impossible to wipe all out, regardless of how well trained or superb the police force is, especially in a big and luring country like the US.
I just dont think that legalizing guns is the answer to that.
Here in Indonesia, firearms are illegal. Im pretty sure there are some smuggled but its not as big market here.
Though lately I've heard that some gangs, high-up, are carryin guns. We're talkin bout 18-22yr olds who are rich to their feet, and carryin guns with their stupid childish bling bling mentality.
Whats worse is that I strongly believe they got them from their parents who, if u trace long enough, are connected to the Military or Police force, through friends n stuff. Last time I heard, a taxi driver was shot just because the guy felt like the taxi driver cut him off. Of course, nothing happnd, no investigation or punishment, nothing. Even if Police found the guy as the shooter, his parents are connected.
