Needed to sort a few personel things out in life and my employer was more than willing to give me the time off on full pay also which is awesome.

To sum it up without boring you.

We have 'front line' staff e.g Call Centres etc who take calls for the claims and what not try to gather a first line of communication of what went wrong. Then they pass it over to the 'back line' staff eg Me who goes into the claim in detail to find if there are any flaws in the claim and then advise people on what to do with it,organise for people to go to there house to inspect damages etc or to not pay the claim. I work in Home Insurance so everything that covers whats in your home.
